How It’s Made

How It's Made

From deep water to Swiss encapsulation.

Marine peptides are fragile. Most of what determines whether they arrive intact happens before the capsule is ever filled, in how the raw material is sourced and how gently it is handled.

01

Sourcing

Deep-sea salmon and herring, from cold northern waters.

The marine actives in Celergen are derived from salmon and herring taken from deep, cold water. Cold-water fish carry a different peptide profile from warm-water species, and the depth matters for the same reason the temperature does.

The raw material is traceable to source, and every batch is screened before it enters production.

02

Extraction

Extracted at 40F, because heat destroys the thing you are trying to keep.

Most marine collagen on the market is heat processed. Heat is fast, cheap, and it breaks the peptide chains that make the material worth extracting in the first place. What survives is protein, but not the structure.

Celergen uses a proprietary cold extraction process held at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It is slower and it costs more. The reason to do it is that the peptides come through the process intact.

Conventional processing

High heat

Fast and inexpensive. Peptide chains are broken during processing. Protein remains, structure does not.

Celergen cold extraction

40F

Slower and more costly. Peptide chains are preserved through extraction, which is the entire point of extracting them.

03

Delivery

The Swiss Peptide Delivery System.

Extracting peptides intact only matters if they survive digestion. The Swiss Peptide Delivery System is the encapsulation method that carries the marine actives through the stomach and into circulation rather than allowing them to be broken down on the way.

The format is a soft gelatin capsule, which holds the actives in suspension in coconut oil rather than compressing them into a tablet. Compression generates heat, and heat is the same problem at the end of the process that it is at the beginning.

Heritage

Forty years of Swiss cellular research.

The scientific tradition Celergen comes from is Swiss, and it is older than the product. Cellular nutrition research in Switzerland long predates the formula, and Celergen is one application of a body of work that has been developing for four decades.

Begin

Renewal works on a timeline. The programme is ninety days.

One capsule daily, best if used 30 minutes before breakfast. Cellular renewal is measured in months rather than days, which is why the meaningful commitment is a full cycle.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Contains fish. Celergen is for adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Individual results may vary.
